MAXPRO® Cloud is Flying High

It’s been a good year for Honeywell’s new hosted video surveillance service, MAXPRO Cloud. It won three industry awards, with the latest being Security Products Magazine 2012 New Product of the Year Award for Best New Cloud/Computing Storage System. MAXPRO Cloud was also named the SIA 2012 New Product Showcase winner and received an ESX 2012 Maximum Impact Award. Of course, these awards don’t mean anything if our products and services don’t provide value to our dealers and end user customers.

MAXPRO Cloud versus traditional video systems offers value to dealers because it provides them with a unique opportunity to better serve their customers by reducing installation time and improving response time for services. Dealers can access their customers video remotely and even troubleshoot before they arrive—making service times fast and reducing unnecessary downtime with the system. Dealers can also access multiple locations using a single login and can receive an email notification if the system goes off line, loses communications or if a camera stops working.

For end users, there’s true value in MAXPRO Cloud because now they can access their video surveillance systems anytime, anywhere there is an Internet connection. No longer are users tied to their desktop PCs, proprietary communications or bogged down with difficult network and firewall configurations. As the security professional, you provide them with peace of mind because they know you are watching their systems, even when they cannot. With automatic email alarm and event notifications, end users can respond quickly by making informed decisions even when they’re not in the building. Simply click the link, watch the video alarm and/or event and then make the call. Users can also stay up-to-date with the latest release through automatic updates—making MAXPRO Cloud a truly future-proof system.

If you haven’t had a chance to learn about the award-winning MAXPRO Cloud, please take a few minutes to see what it can do and let us know what you think.
