Director of Residential and Small Business Sales, Atlantic Security

Russ is Director of Residential and Small Business Sales for Atlantic Security in Jacksonville, Fl. He is also president of Proven Sales Strategies, a company that does consulting and holds seminars to train sales leaders and sales consultants in the alarm industry. Russ started in the alarm business in 1986 with Scott Alarm. Between the years of 1986 and 1991, he personally sold over 3,500 residential and small business alarm systems.

Russ has been awarded a variety of industry awards including the prestigious Honeywell Medal of Honor. He has been asked to speak at various seminars and training programs throughout the country. Throughout his career he has trained hundreds of successful sales consultants and managers.

Russ is also a contributing editor for Security Sales and Integration Magazine and writes security related articles for area newspapers. When he is not training, Russ enjoys offshore fishing and is a U.S. Licensed Charter Boat Captain.
